Explore Our Handcrafted Fitted Furniture Projects
A selection of bespoke cabinetry projects completed across Yorkshire, including Harrogate, Leeds and York. The work ranges from handcrafted kitchens to fitted wardrobes, boot rooms and storage, all thoughtfully designed and built to suit each home.

The Crafted Family Home
This whole-home project in Yorkshire centred around creating beautifully considered cabinetry that felt calm, timeless and practical for everyday family life.
Working alongside local building company Stanley Builders, bespoke cabinetry was designed and handcrafted throughout the home, including a handcrafted kitchen, generous pantry storage, fitted wardrobes and bespoke vanity units. Each piece was thoughtfully designed to feel connected to the wider home, balancing warmth, practicality and understated detailing.
In the kitchen, a warm oak island introduces texture and character, paired with painted cabinetry and carefully planned storage designed to support busy family life. Large pantry cupboards maximise organisation while keeping everyday appliances and essentials neatly tucked away, helping the space feel calm and uncluttered.
Elsewhere in the home, fitted wardrobes were tailored to make the most of each room, including carefully considered solutions for sloped ceilings and awkward spaces, while bespoke vanity units brought warmth and craftsmanship into the bathrooms.
Natural materials, timeless finishes and thoughtful detailing, from dovetailed oak drawers to tailored internal storage, were chosen to create spaces designed to feel beautiful and functional for years to come.
Built in our Harrogate workshop, the result is a home where every detail feels considered, practical and naturally part of everyday living.

Duchy Family Home, Harrogate
This private family home underwent a complete renovation and extension, designed to create a calmer, more connected way of living. The original layout felt fragmented and no longer suited the needs of modern family life, so the focus was on improving flow, functionality and the overall feeling of the home.
The ground floor was fully reconfigured to form a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living space centred around a bespoke kitchen designed and handcrafted for everyday use. Clean architectural lines are balanced with practical storage solutions, allowing the space to feel both refined and effortless to live in.
Throughout the home, bespoke cabinetry was designed to create consistency and cohesion across each room. A built-in media unit brings structure to the main living area, while made-to-measure wardrobes maximise storage within the bedrooms without compromising the calm, understated feel of the interiors.
In the bathrooms, bespoke vanity units introduce warmth and softness through carefully selected materials and finishes chosen to feel timeless rather than trend-led. Every detail was considered to ensure the spaces feel as functional day to day as they are enduring long term.
The result is a thoughtfully designed family home that feels balanced, practical and quietly refined throughout, with every element designed to work seamlessly together.

The Ironworks Apartments
A collection of seven modern industrial apartments within a restored heritage building in North Yorkshire, thoughtfully designed to balance original character with contemporary living.
This project transformed a neglected former building into a series of distinctive, design-led homes, carefully restoring its architectural character while introducing a more modern industrial aesthetic suited to everyday living.
Working closely with the developer, we designed, crafted and installed bespoke kitchens and fitted cabinetry throughout all seven apartments. Each home was approached individually, responding to the building’s original proportions, structural features and unique layout.
The development comprises four three-bedroom apartments and three two-bedroom apartments, each with its own architectural identity. Because of the nature of the existing building, no two spaces were the same. This required a considered and tailored approach to cabinetry design, ensuring every kitchen and fitted element felt integrated within the space while maintaining consistency in quality, craftsmanship and finish across the development as a whole.
A key part of the project centred around preserving and reinstating original features that had been lost over time. Existing architectural details and materials were restored where possible and paired with clean, understated joinery to create a balanced contrast between old and new.
Generous layouts and carefully planned interiors allow each apartment to feel spacious, functional and designed for long-term living. The result is a collection of homes that feel both contemporary and grounded in the character of the original building, combining practical modern living with a strong sense of place and heritage.

South Harrogate Full Home Renovation
Delivered in collaboration with Stylesmith Interiors, this project involved the complete transformation of a family home in South Harrogate, carefully redesigned to create a calmer, more connected way of living. The brief was to bring together functionality, warmth and timeless design, creating spaces that feel considered, practical and effortless to live in.
From the outset, the renovation was approached holistically, with layout, storage and material selections developed in close collaboration to ensure every room felt cohesive and balanced throughout the home. Rather than treating each space individually, the focus was on creating a natural flow between rooms and a consistent design language across the entire property.
At the heart of the home is a bespoke kitchen designed as a social and hardworking family space. Generous integrated storage, clean architectural lines and carefully selected finishes create a kitchen that feels refined while remaining highly functional for everyday life.
The adjoining living spaces continue the same approach, with a bespoke media unit designed to anchor the room and introduce integrated storage in a way that feels calm and understated rather than overly functional.
Throughout the rest of the property, bespoke wardrobes and vanity units were designed and handcrafted to suit the proportions and practical needs of each individual room. Soft muted finishes, natural materials and carefully detailed joinery bring warmth and consistency to the interiors while ensuring every piece feels purposeful and tailored to the way the family lives day to day.
The result is a thoughtfully renovated home that feels timeless, balanced and quietly detailed throughout, where every element has been designed to work seamlessly together.

West Park Renovation
Delivered in collaboration with Stylesmith Interiors, this project involved the complete renovation of a family home in Leeds, thoughtfully redesigned to create a calm, cohesive and highly functional living environment.
From the outset, the cabinetry formed part of the wider interior scheme rather than being approached as individual elements in isolation. Working closely alongside the interior design team allowed layouts, proportions and material selections to be carefully developed together, ensuring every space felt connected and balanced throughout the home.

Integrated storage, clean architectural lines and carefully selected finishes create a space that feels both hardworking and timeless, designed to support modern family living without feeling overly formal.

The Old Malt Kiln
Originally part of the historic Ebor Brewery, this project involved the redevelopment of a former Victorian malting house into six distinctive homes, carefully balancing the industrial heritage of the building with the needs of contemporary living.
Working closely with the developer, bespoke kitchens, bathroom vanity units and fitted storage were designed, crafted and installed throughout each property. The brief was to create interiors that felt sympathetic to the character of the original building while introducing a calm, functional and timeless approach to modern living.
The architecture and surviving original features heavily influenced the design of each home. Existing proportions, structural elements and historic detailing informed both the layouts and the cabinetry design, allowing the new interiors to feel connected to the building’s past rather than imposed upon it.
Each bespoke kitchen was carefully designed to sit naturally within the scale and character of the individual spaces, combining practical layouts with understated detailing and durable materials suited to everyday use. Across the bathrooms and living areas, fitted vanity units and integrated storage were crafted to create continuity throughout the homes while maximising functionality.
All cabinetry was handmade in the workshop and installed with close attention to proportion, finish and materiality. The result is a collection of homes that retain the character and authenticity of the original Victorian building while offering thoughtful, well-resolved interiors designed for modern life.
