Marple Bridge Development

A collection of seven luxury apartments within the conservation area of Marple Bridge, combining contemporary interiors with the character and heritage of the surrounding architecture.

Located in one of Greater Manchester’s most sought-after villages, this development sits within the heart of Marple Bridge, an area known for its traditional stone buildings, scenic riverside setting and strong sense of community. The brief was to create a collection of homes that felt refined, practical and connected to the character of the location.

Working closely with the developer, we designed, crafted and installed bespoke kitchens and fitted cabinetry throughout all seven apartments. Each space was carefully considered to ensure the interiors felt cohesive across the development while still allowing every apartment to retain its own identity and sense of home.

The kitchens were designed around clean architectural lines, integrated storage and durable materials suited to modern living. Bespoke cabinetry was tailored to maximise both functionality and flow, creating spaces that feel calm, efficient and easy to live in day to day.

Throughout the project, careful attention was given to balancing contemporary detailing with the traditional character of the building and surrounding conservation area. The result is a collection of thoughtfully designed apartments that feel both modern and timeless, bringing together quality craftsmanship, practical living and a strong sense of place.
